1Our provider services lines are operational 8:00am – 4:00pm daily Eastern Time. The Provider Contact Center is closed Monday and Wednesday morning from 8:00am - 9:00am Eastern Time the first four Mondays and Wednesdays of the month for training. During these periods of time, the IVR is available to provide Medicare information. (NJ only) 2Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system enables you to receive information without representative intervention. The IVR provides quick and accurate responses to routine inquiries. It is available Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm, and on Saturdays from 6:00am - 2:30pm. 3Our Telephone Reopenings program provides an opportunity to have your Medicare claims reviewed over the telephone. This is a faster and more efficient process for you, rather than submitting your request in writing. This service is available 9:00am – 4:15pm M-T, and 9:00am – 4:00pm Friday. 4TTY stands for text telephone. It is also referred to as a TDD or telecommunication device for the deaf. A TTY is a special device that allows individuals to type messages back and forth to one another instead of talking and listening.
