The first J12 MAC PIP/Pass-Thru cycle for Delaware Part A will be executed on 11/26/2008 with the payment being issued on 12/01/2008. The next PIP/Pass-Thru cycle will be executed on 12/11/2008 with the payment being issued on 12/15/2008 and biweekly there after.
